Women’s Road Cycling Workshop with expert Silvo Engelman

What to Expect:
Join Silvo Engelman – a passionate cyclist and experienced coach with RC Schwalben Munich, the city's oldest cycling club – as he guides you through the fundamentals of safe and confident road cycling.

With years of experience coaching both youth and club athletes, Silvo knows how to teach technique in a way that’s both fun and motivating.

Workshop Content (Theory & Practice):
- Group riding: Communication and safety

- Descending with control

- Braking techniques in various situations

- Riding in single file, including an intro to the Belgian rotation

- Sprint basics

What to Bring:
Your road bike must be in good working condition, especially the brakes.
You’ll also need a helmet, lights, and a spare inner tube.
