With over 25 years of experience in the professional sports industry, Jens is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of cycling, strategy, and customer experience. His hands-on expertise in road and all-road cycling, combined with an extensive international background, inspired the creation of 3MILLS.

Jens drives the strategic direction, oversees supplier partnerships, direct sales, and customer experience, ensuring that 3MILLS remains Munich’s ultimate cycling destination.

Cleo Comino

CO-FOUNDER

Cleo is a PR and media expert with a passion for brand visibility, customer engagement, and community building. With extensive experience in creating strong customer relationships, she plays a key role in making 3MILLS more than just a store—it's a community.

At 3MILLS, Cleo manages the café, marketing, and events, ensuring a seamless experience for every visitor. She fosters customer loyalty, strengthens brand identity, and creates a welcoming space where cycling culture thrives.

Theo Spies

MECHANIC

Theo is a certified bike mechanic, specializing in bicycle technology and two-wheel mechatronics. A passionate road cyclist and surf enthusiast, he brings precision, skill, and dedication to every bike he works on.

Since 2024, Theo has been an essential part of 3MILLS Cycling & Coffee, building and maintaining some of the finest high-end bikes on the road. With his expert attention to detail, he ensures that every ride leaving our workshop is perfectly tuned for reliability, performance, and style.

Louis Steinhauser

MECHANIC

Louis is a trained bike mechanic and certified two-wheel mechatronics technician specializing in modern bicycle technology. After completing his apprenticeship in Munich, he joined 3MILLS Cycling & Coffee to work hands-on with high-quality road and gravel bikes.

As an avid long-distance gravel and road rider, Louis understands what matters most when bikes are pushed over many hours and kilometers. Calm, precise, and detail-oriented, he enjoys solving complex mechanical challenges and fine-tuning bikes so they feel smooth, reliable, and fast-ride after ride.
